All coaches will be trained by the Valor Christian HS coaching staff in a pre-season workshop.  In addition, each volunteer coach will be provided a playbook with practice drills, offense and defense plays, and overall game preparation.  

The goal is have fun, excel, develop leaders, & learn the game so the players are prepared for High School Lacrosse.
